Føroyskt í verki fyri útlendingar
Skeiðið er ætlað útlendingum at læra føroyskt í verki. Hesin háttur leggur dent á at venja tungu og munn at mynda føroysk orð, og at læra føroyskt eftir samheingi og støðu. Næmingar mega gera seg til reiðar at tala og verða hoyrdir, at royna seg og næstan at spæla sjónleik og spæla sær við málið. Bendingarmynstur verða lærd eftir støðum. Ein støða kundi verið, at ein sigur, "eg fari nú," og hin spyr, "hvar fert tú?" Hesin háttur lærir, at tá ið næmingurin hevur verið fyri hesum støðum ofta, festa bendingar seg spakuliga av sær sjálvum, og tástani kann verða talað um mállæru og bendingar beinleiðis.

Faroese in practice for foreigners
This course is intended for foreigners to learn Faroese in a practical manner. This method focuses on training the tongue and mouth to form Faroese words, and to learn Faroese from context and situations. The learners must be prepared to speak and be heard, to try things out, to play around with the language, almost doing it theatrically. The patterns of the language are taught based on situations. One situation could be that one is saying "eg fari nú (I'm going now)," and another asks "hvar fert tú (where are you going)?" This method teaches that when learners have been exposed to these situations often, the patterns of the language will start to stick, and only then will we talk about grammar and patterns explicitly.
Teaching will be:
- 5 times in spring, Saturdays from 11 to 14 o'clock, Januar 20th to February 17th.
